Dr. Ambre has served as Assistant Professor in the Department of Surgery at Topiwala National Medical College and BYL Nair Hospital, Mumbai Central, where he taught and trained medical students and surgical residents for over four years. He currently serves as an Associate Professor in the Department of General Surgery at Dr. N. Y. Tasgaonkar Institute of Medical Sciences (NYTIMS), Raigad, where he has been contributing for more than a year, actively involved in teaching MBBS and MS General Surgery post-graduate students.
Clinically, Dr. Ambre practices as a Consultant Breast and Laparoscopic Surgeon at several reputed hospitals, including Horizon Prime Hospital, MGSSH Thane, Shree Mahavir Jain Hospital Thane, and Pranayu Hospital Bhiwandi. His multifaceted training includes a fellowship in breast surgery, during which he worked with renowned breast surgeon Dr. Jayashri Pandya. He further refined his skills in breast reconstructive surgery and oncoplasty under the guidance of Dr. Anand Kopiker in Pune, strengthening his proficiency in modern breast cancer management techniques.
