Priyanka Rajvanshi, a former software engineer with over a decade of corporate experience, has emerged as a dynamic force in India’s luxury event planning space. An M.Tech in Software Systems, Rajvanshi spent 9 years at Honeywell and 1 year at Wells Fargo. While thriving in the tech world, she discovered a passion for organizing corporate festivals and team events. What began as a creative outlet soon revealed itself as a deeper calling.
In a courageous leap of faith, Rajvanshi left her corporate job to launch The Function Junction, a boutique event management firm focused on birthdays, baby showers, and intimate social gatherings. Her attention to detail, personal touch, and eye for aesthetics quickly set her apart in a competitive market.
Fuelled by her ambition to serve a premium clientele, she co-founded Rohaank Creations and introduced its flagship brand, Inara Events and Experiences—a venture dedicated to luxury weddings and large-scale corporate experiences. The name ‘Inara’ is inspired by her son, Rohaank, reflecting the deep personal purpose behind the professional pursuit.
Her portfolio now boasts marquee clients like Swiggy, high-profile IPO launches, and collaborations with public figures and political leaders. Known for blending creativity with flawless execution, Rajvanshi has carved a niche as a leader in bespoke event experiences.
Behind this entrepreneurial success lies a story of personal transformation. A difficult family phase prompted her to explore holistic wellness, where she found clarity and healing through sound therapy. This inner shift empowered her to take bolder steps professionally—leading to strategic partnerships, venue collaborations, and finally, the TEDx stage.
Her 2025 TEDx talk, “Break the Pattern,” addressed fear, societal pressure, and self-doubt—drawing from her own evolution from a quiet engineer to a confident entrepreneur and speaker.
