Dr. Padmaja Adireddy, a seasoned medical professional and practicing radiologist in Bengaluru for over 33 years, stands as a remarkable example of how passion and resilience can shape a truly extraordinary life. At 60, she continues to rewrite expectations and prove that age is merely a number, not a barrier to dreams.

Her journey is deeply inspired by Martin Luther King Jr.’s words: “If you can’t fly, then run; if you can’t run, then walk; if you can’t walk, then crawl. But whatever you do, you have to keep moving.” This philosophy has guided her transformation—from dedicated doctor to graceful diva.

A bright student from childhood, Dr. Padmaja excelled academically while actively participating in extracurricular activities such as sports, music, and dance. Her early training in the classical dance form Kuchipudi sowed the seeds of artistic passion. With determination and hard work, she became an MBBS doctor and later a radiologist, clearing both CETs in her first attempts.

However, life challenged her in unexpected ways. Married at 22, she soon found herself in a troubled relationship that ended in divorce, leaving her emotionally drained. The loneliness pushed her into depression, even leading to a suicide attempt. Fortunately, life gave her another chance, awakening her to a new path of healing and self-discovery.

Dance became her anchor. At 45, she began learning Salsa, followed by Bachata at 47, Kizomba at 49, and Belly Dance at 50—all while working full-time and raising two sons as a single mother. At 51, she returned to classical roots, pursuing Bharatanatyam. She completed all examinations up to Visharad Purna under the Akhil Bharatiya Gandharva Mahavidyalaya Mandal. She also showcased Indian art and culture through performances at renowned temples across India.

Her artistic achievements earned her recognition in the Guinness Book of Records, World Book of Records, Asian Book of Records, and Indian Book of Records. Even her academic aspirations continued to bloom—at 53, she completed her MBA in Hospital Administration, secured the top rank, and received a gold medal.

At 60, Dr. Padmaja’s journey glowed even brighter. She participated in Mrs. India Asia 2025, Season 3, earning the position of Second Runner-Up along with the subtitle Mrs. Talented. The same year, she accomplished the challenging and spiritually uplifting Kailash Mansarovar Yatra, proving her strength across physical, mental, and spiritual realms.

Life has shaped Dr. Padmaja into a multidimensional personality—strong, compassionate, and unstoppable. With numerous dreams still on her horizon, she continues to work toward new goals, embracing every opportunity to grow.

Her guiding mantra captures the essence of her extraordinary path:

“Just keep progressing in life!”
